Releasing Of New Cards- major miss

I remember in past years there would be launch videos and or hints on Twitter for who the new cards could be being released each week. Is this still happening? Really took the excitement out of the new card releases in DD. (Don’t think this was in last years game either.) Major miss, especially with all the negative press around this game right now due to the servers. It would give players something to look forward to each week and have something else to talk about besides the [censored] servers that have crippled the game.
Also disappointed that we are referring to Huston Street as a legend. How is there not a contract for any of steroids era guys and clear misses on HOF players.

It’s early and they’ve had a lot of stuff on their plate. Probably too early to complain about this. Hope they drop a fire card tho cause I got stubs burning a hole in my pocket.

its too early to drop a very talented card, even tho I wish they did. last year I believe the early guys were posada, keith hernadez. one thiing I think they completely boofed is only one player evolution, the mix of cargo, eddiie, and dennis was so fun to evovle, though I guess everyone semi evolves now.

I personally love those cheaters and would love to see them in the game. It being a game and all. I think it had more to do with not ruffling feathers with MLB and their license. MLB probably prefers to not have their name and license backing those players.

Oh I agree. I'd love to have a 2001 Bonds in LF and the Rocket in my rotation... I'm just saying it's a pipe dream and will never happen. For those reasons.
I'm 100% sure if they could, they would have gotten the rights to guys like Unit, but maybe he's asking for too much or doesn't want to be in the game at all..
The real travesty is if it's true they lost the rights to Teddy Ballgame... That's a crazy loss.. He is as much a staple to any baseball game with historic players as Babe -

He didn't leave the MLBPA licensing agreement until around 2003.

Melky isn't anymore.. Bartolo and Ortiz are suspected but never caught or suspended. Colon o don't think is in the game anymore anyways....
