You would be surprised. They claimed online franchise was the reason for bad servers in 17. I imagine RTTS being linked with DD might have a similar effect

anything that requires data to be sent to servers will put strain on them, so I completely agree that this is a big part of the problem. I've had the opinion that connecting everything but franchise to DD is the root of the problem.

However, I'm not so confident that they will make this change do to servers. They are most likely more motivated by the loss of stub sales.

Fun fact: I once was with Joba/Samardzija in a hot tub after a game vs Nebraska. I actually had a really good game versus Nebraska. They went on to make millions while I now play video games. Who really won?

And another fun fact of that weekend: while shagging fly balls in BP I tripped on the turf and the fly ball hit me as I fell.
