I played the orioles in (play vs cpu) and won on all star and did. Not unlock points towards a rich Davis like I should have. Don't try to unlock him because it doesn't work.

If you finished the program you then get Eric Davis. Is he in your collection? I believe it is the Baltimore oriole Davis. If he is you then need to lock him in by collecting him in the 1st inn program. Thats how you get the XP towards the program.
If it shows you got all 50 points and you dont have him in your collection then you have to send in a ticket. If you still need 8 points then that game didnt go through, probably because of servers, and you will either have to close and reload or play again.

No idea who Rich Davis is but i unlocked Eric Davis the day his program was added and he's a beast.
