Sync conflict PS5

Hello I am trying to load up MLB and it says there is a conflict with my Sync Status. The full message says “There’s a conflict between your saved data in console storage and cloud storage. Select which saved data you want to use, or disable auto sync.” My options are to disable auto sync (sounds like a bad idea), or to choose whether i want to use my cloud storage or console storage. Whichever i choose the other one will be overwritten. They both are the same size in MB so im sure they both have the same stuff on it but I want to choose the right one so none of my things are lost either now or in sync. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks .
