This is so awful. I literally only can play in mornings and evenings. And every evening the servers crash and every morning they do stupid
Maintenance that does nothing. What [censored] joke. -
Little ticked off that it was unannounced. Went to open a pack and it told me. Hope I didnt lose my pack. They usually display a message when they have maintenance kinda like they did for this website last night.

Yah me to 7 am almost everyday and today they didn't even post that there doing it so my game got tossed in the 6th smh

This is such a joke. Especially with the time limits on programs/they being gone forever later. Programs need to change so they don’t disappear when the next one starts or they need to be extended. I’ve never been so disappointed and frustrated with a game before.

Just extremely frustrating. SDS seems to have 0 communication until a huge crash like last night. Yet they’ve done “server maintenance” almost ever day it seems and nothing is better. Even if they were just more transparent and we knew the servers were going to be garbage for “X” amount of time still. I’d already appreciate the attempt at communicating with the community. L

It's not like I'm hiding under a rock. I literally am using their own built and preferred forums....
Also, as previously mentioned there used to be an in game ticker with updates along these lines.

I'm not on social media either, but if you Google mlb the show 21 Twitter, their most recent tweets will show right there.

Most companies don't have their own [censored] forums.
I do have Twitter and use it frequently I expect the communication to occur at SDS's website first. I found the tweet mentioning the maintenance which was made 6 hours ago and buried under 100 other tweets which I wouldn't have found if someone here hadn't mentioned it.

If they can tweet they can post here too. I am no longer on twitter as a user but I still check there all the time, MLB The Show included. However, I don't find it reasonable that they can't use every single platform available to them to communicate with their customers. It's copy and paste.
