Duplicate player glitch

When you're in free agency in the off season they have added the ability to sign free agents through player search. When you make an offer using player search they either refuse the offer or they sign, no simming and waiting to see if they sign with your team. And when they sign they leave rhe free agency pool and are no longer an option to sign.

But as you sim you get the random notification that the player you signed has signed with another team. If you go look at your roster the player will be on your roster, but with the logo behind him and uniform of the other team that signed him. And if you check the other teams roster that signed him he's there as well.

They also accumulate stats from both teams. I just had Clayton Kershaw on the Dodgers and Braves, he won the cy young after making 63 starts and going 30-9
