@Victor_SDS_PSN my account finally has all 3 platforms on a single account! Thank you for looking into this and resolving it! I was able to successfully unlink my Xbox account and relink my PS account. Will need to validate my consoles show my previous progress.

So my MLBTS account shows everything linked. But my in-game process is still wiped. Checked PS4/PS5 and XSX. Do I need to unlink my Xbox to get all my original PS progress and content back?
I Unlinked my Xbox and when I checked my PS5 all my progress was restored. If that doesn’t work, Unlink your PS5 account and Relink it and choose your proper progress path and it should work
Interesting. So I unlinked my Xbox account from the MLBTS and it also removed my PS5 link. When I look at my MLB the show on the site, history it’s back. However now I can’t get back into my PSN account and when I’m in game on the PS5 it says my profile is disabled and offline. So, I’m at least getting closer haha. I’m assuming you re-linked with the code provided in-game?
Edit: PSN crashed. That’s why I am disabled and offline.
You were able to unlink your Xbox account? MLBTS doesn't have either of mine linked. But my PSN and my Xbox accounts are still linked to each other only.
LOL, all we need is for PSN to crash too. This is fricken ridiculous

Hiya folks!
Just wanted to chime in with an update:
- We recently deployed some server side updates that reduced the number of "server exception" errors players were seeing. We will continue to monitor and prioritize server stability as we move forward.
- We have server maintenance scheduled for 4 AM PT on Tuesday 4/27 (tomorrow). If all goes according to plan, this maintenance will include a fix to the unlinking issue that users have been reporting to us here on the forums.
- And yes, we have a game update in the works. I can't go into details, but it includes many fixes to reported issues and more. Stay tuned for more info.
Thank you all for your detailed reports and patience while we work to smooth things over.

The current outage is a playstation outage. But they should consider starting to extend program deadlines by a few days or maybe even a week due to the amount of people unable to play at several points throughout the day.

I logged in using my MLB account on the site, it showed no links whatsoever. Logged out, logged back in using MLBTS credentials and both consoles were linked with Unlink button there and progress restored. It could be happening in waves, but it seems like a lot of people have had progress restored today

Well last night I only had 2 exceptions but no lost xp or completion.........And now hopefully PSN will get their act together to know if the sds updates worked lol

Ah ok thanks... Just got home and saw earlier there was a ps5 update so didnt know if its because my console didnt auto download that or if it was just the normal servers being what they are lol

My content has been restored on PlayStation. Too nervous to link my Xbox still. But at least I can continue to play. Thanks!

One thing I will say...is that '21 is such a better game than '20. '20 was good, yet '21 is light years ahead of '20, even with '21 having the server issues right now. Thanks SDS for a lot of great work in '21, and although the server issues have been less than ideal, now that they mostly seem to be behind us....'21 overall is a much, much better game. You guys (SDS) did get a ton right in '21, overall. Yes, '21 still has bugs (I think I've filed around 15 bugs in '21 so far), yet it is a much better game than '20...so way to go SDS for an overall great product during a difficult year.

From what I see the solutions have not reached everyone at the same time, that is, it is progressing in part, I just want you to make it clear to me, when my turn comes what I should do exactly, enter the web with my mlbts account and then ?

Don’t re-link until it’s confirmed to work. That’s what I’m doing. Also, congrats on getting restored!

Programs were up all year last year, where does it say it won't be accessible after exp?
