New / help with DD

Hello guys im an xbox player so I'm new to DD.
I'm trying to figure out a game plan on how and when to use my stubs. I've played madden MUT so I'm familiar with idea of building a teams and collections.
I'm sure there will be sales on packs at some point and I know that certain packs are better than others. I've also read a couple of posts that say not to buy any packs at all and just pay the market for the cards you want. I just don't see that a feasible, because anything near 90 ovr sells for like 25k or way way higher.
Any who, I don't want to ramble on and on, so any help with what yoy guys do to build a good team would be appreciated.

Just play and the stubs will come. Some people play the market and make stubs over time, others spend real money on stubs. I don't really do all that other stuff. Just play which ever mode(s) you enjoy and you will make stubs.

SDS is pretty good with giving out good cards for free, and lots of them, so really with DD you just have to play and you will be able to put together a solid competitive team.

If you’re not trying to be a collector, just play all the different modes and sell all the cards you don’t want. Also, always sell in the marketplace. Don’t use quick sell or sell now.
If you have time when you’re not playing, you can flip cards. There are lots of ways to flip low cost items for small profits over and over again. It adds up.
If you want good cards, DO NOT buy packs. If you like to gamble and don’t care if you lose your stubs, then buy packs.

Buying packs is dumb. You get tons of packs for free through player programs and inning programs.

Just keep up with the content and complete it. That's basically how your going to get a good team in this game.

You get tons of packs along the way by just playing. I pulled Degrom in one earlier today
