Do more with player programs

Player programs never change. Usually the only things you earn from the player programs is a couple standards, a couple thousand stubs and the player from the player program. Can we change this a bit? Add new packs to it maybe?

You get a diamond to use, a diamond for collections later in the year, XP. That alone is worth doing. The stubs and packs are extras IMO.

And a bunch of XP which translates to more rewards.
