Servers really as bad as people make it out to be?

Honestly, I personally don't have too much problem with the servers. Yeah there's been a couple of times where I think nobody could log in and a few times where I couldn't play the game, but I understand some bumps because a new game on a new platform.(and also sometimes the market has been pretty slow, but it still works) I see people out here complaining like they can't even open the game. To be clear, I'm not disputing your claims, I'm just saying that I haven't had as much trouble with the game in terms of servers and wonder actually how bad it is. If you were to log in right now would you be able to get it, and will it work normally?

Yes. All of the complaints have been completely justified.

Had some errors and they were slow last night around midnight for about 20 mins. Other than that yesterday was pretty solid. That was only grinding conquest though so who knows what others have dealt with. Haven’t been on today yet

I logged on at about 10 pm est last night and didn’t have a single problem for the first time all week, seems like they are getting better.

They've been perfect since yesterday afternoon. Hope they hold.

Some have it worse than others. Idk why some are effected more than others but I personally have had little to no issues

I'm guessing probably something with the strength of some people's internet connection. If you've got terrible internet, and you don't use an LAN cable(used to be me in 14, 15, 16 & 17), then it probably was impossible, but with an LAN and good internet, I had some connection issues, but I would just re-enter DD a few times before it let me back in and then I would have no problem.

Not saying they aren't, just asking, because a lotta people are whiners on this forum and I was wondering how much they blew it out of proportion.

They're better than yesterday but I got unhandled server error on showdown and so I got forfeited..

I played in events game yesterday for a few hrs and had no issues. It was a welcome change.

agreed, they got better. Now time to address the bug i sent and make it right to us

Initially they were every bit as bad as everyone is saying, but starting around last weekend I think they gradually started to improve and now the issues are almost completely gone. That's my experience anyway.

Last night I had very few issues. Friday Night and Saturday, I got the "Unexpected Server, Blah Blah Blah..." after just about every game, but My XP still recorded, My Stats were counted probably 90% of the time. They may have shown they didn't count at the Post Game Screen, but when I got back in they did. This happened when I received my Giambi Diamond card. Only 2 or 3 times did it constantly not let me on and I just shut the game off for a few hours and came back to it.

It seems to me the overall server stability has improved, however, when it does [censored] the bed it is at the absolute worst times. For example I played for hours last night with no problems, played a showdown and got unhandled error after beating mini boss, and just had it happen again now after beating the final boss...

I would say I’m one of the most reasonable people here and even I’m saying they are bad. Like it was ridiculously bad.

I held off playing online. Today seemed fine. Lost a BR due to server, despite being up 1-0 in the bottom of the first...with a no doubter in flight. Then had a server issue when up 4-1 in the 10th in RS.

Since 8 pm last night, smooth sailing except custom league. Will try to get in later tonight when I'm free.
