Did anyone figure out cap pitcher

I finished a SS cap but my RP pitcher only has fastball an change when i put on the bronze RP glove thing an like 3 of the pitching stats are zero lol
I faced a cap RP in ranked so i know it can be good but no clue how to change pitching windups etc. An pitche selection
