Not gaining XP

I've been playing a lot and I haven't been gaining any XP in any game mode. I tried to reach out to SD but no response. I am now uninstalling to see if that works. Is anyone else having this issue?

The two things I've seen linked to not getting any XP at all are playing HR Derby, and adjusting game sliders. Both of which I believe required a reinstall. Not certain though.

Will try to Uninstalle, I hope it works since I haven't touched sliders but i have played hr derby so I don't know.
