In game audio causing distortion.

All audio has been fine prior to using my headset. While using my headset, and playing an rtts game, the audio is frequently cutting in and out, and giving off short bursts of what sounds like "white noise". Also, the commentators and crowd sounds canned. Menu audio, nor music has produced this same effect. I'm on a base xbox one and using turtle beach stealth 600 (gen 2) headset.

Edit: After posting, I decided to test different audio settings. I quickly found out that the distortion goes away completely when using the "On The Field" preset. The crowd still sounds canned, but the audio doesn't cut out nearly as often.
