If I got the show on PS4 and Buy a next Gen XBOX will my team and progress transfer over

I’d also like to know if this work. Or if I buy it on Xbox can I transfer my PS4 data to Xbox. Then can I move it to Xbox next gen. And how does one do all of this.

But I wouldn’t trust actually doing any of it until they fix the game.
