if you do the 1st inning showdown can you do it again and get the 35k again as well?

No, 1 and done for the 35k reward

no, but you can still get the free pack, in game XP, and stubs on repeat. Lots of people are skipping to boss one, getting a pack and 500 stubs on repeat. Not a bad approach if you have nothing else to do with your life.
