Ballplayer Build: worst decision concerning the CAP?

I'm in a 9 inn game vs the CPU, trying to get progress on some player missions, and I have my Ballplayer (Slick Fielding Catcher) in the lineup to try to build him up.

Well, he has just dropped the last 15 pitches. And can't even throw the ball to 1st without an error.

Yep, guess I'm looking for another player to be my catcher.
