where are my rewards? 2 teams not giving me the reward cards?

I am almost finishing the whole collection ... but I have 2 problems ... I am missing the bounty from San Fransisco and the one from Miami ... does anyone know about this problem?

I have an issue where I collected all of the Live Series Mariners players and the 84 ovr card you get for completing it is not in my inventory. Sucks cause I'm stuck from completing the AL West collection.
