extra inning runner earned run?

Just realized that there is the new extra inning runner starting on second rule. But when the guy scores the game is counting that runner as an earned run? According to MLB rules that runner should be unearned and not count against the pitcher if he does score.

It counts as an unearned run. Saw it the first time i let one score, closer started the inning and in the postgame box score it said 1 ip 1 h 0 er 0 bb 2 k.
In mlb it counts as 1/1 IR/S. that stat isnt in the game so it counts unearned instead
