Cards disappearing

I unlocked many of the 42 series players and collected the Minnie minoso, but the sixto Sanchez and Minoso have disappeared from my inventory. I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem and how I can recover them?

I lost the Minnie minosa. Still haven’t gotten an answer back from support after 2 weeks now.

I say this everything more as a means to manage expectations. I opened a ticket for missing 42 Heyward and 42 Berrios on April 23rd. My issue hasn't been resolved as of yet.
