Ballplayer progression is broken...again.

So I finally gave in and did the stupid DD workaround where you play a game against the computer and take an at bat with your player before exiting. It worked, and for a few games I was able to get progress for the tasks I accomplished towards the archetype program. Then, surprise surprise, it randomly stopped working again. So the "fix" was not permanent, which is exactly why I did not want to do it in the first place. Can we please, for the love of all that is good in this godforsaken world, get a patch or an update on when one is coming other than "in the future"? We are in the future. We have been in the future for a week. Since Road to the Show is the only mode I play, I am stuck with an 80 dollar temporary screen saver. I cannot get a refund. So please SDS, fix this broken mode. If nothing else, then for the sanity of your valued (supposedly) consumers.
