SDS: Are we going to get all this list progress back or are we playing for nothing?

I know you guys are busy, but gone on!
I just finished a game where it told me that I got 7985 in XP and 1525 in stubs and then I got the Unhandled Server Exception Occured error.
Naturally, NOTHING was added to my XP or stub totals.
If you guys don't give any of this lost progress back; why do you even have the servers live?

Hopefully they will give everyone 30-50xp when all this settles.
I dont want packs. They would just adjust the odds on them and we would all get a bunch of commons and bronze players. I just want the xp ive earned.

I can tell you right now we aren't getting anything back as far as XP goes. I submitted a ticket about lost XP already and the response i got was delete and reinstall the game. And the support guy said "Unfortunately we can't retroactively give you XP but this may help in the future". I deleted and reinstalled....still not getting XP.
We'll probably get the standard "Whooops my bad....here's 5 free packs with a bunch of commons and a bronze" apology gift.
