First time I won and disconnected right after. Second time disconnected tied with 15 outs remaining. Freakin Annoying! Both counted as losses.

anybody know how I can message SDS to get possible credit? I'm not going to waste my time further. Also, does disabling crossplay help with the server disconnects?

I sent them a video last night with proof I won. You can do it on their Support section (on the Show web page). You’ll get a ticket number, and I received an automated response saying they’re experiencing heavy volume and it may take 5 days. Well see. Not optimistic to be honest. Even with proof of it.

I filed a report last weekend about losing progression in MTO and they said it may take 5 days and still now word.
