Yes click on the card to view it's stats at the bottom you can scroll through the various pxp levels and it says how many people have got to each level

Somebody caught up with me on Nolan Ryan. I'm pissed. Game isn't stable enough for me to play.
I'm 4000 away from 1/1 V.

I assume some of these people are racking up the PXP from playing franchise or going on a big BR run. I can’t imagine too many people are putting former white Sox prospect Micker Adolfo (63 OVR) into their RS squads but he’s already got 18 tier I and 1 tier II. I guess a lot of people are doing the same thing
I will stay away from Orioles common pitchers so you won’t have to compete with me.

You'll probably still get there. Everyone is dealing with the servers and you were at the higher tier first.
I've been lucky in between server outages to get two cards to 1/1. LS Pagan and Topps Bryant. I've also had two 2/2s and two 3/3s so I'm really pretty happy with what I've managed to do given how hard it's been to play.

I'm 1,000% positive you're taking Danny Mendick to Level V. But... I'm guessing 500 other folks have thought of this.
