42 Series/AL West Team Affinity Player Disappeared!

I finished the AL West Team Affinity and my Jesus Luzardo disappeared from my inventory.... I have NO AL West 42 Series Duplicates. 100% finished AL West. Luzardo is, just, Gone!

UPDATE Now it's not even showing in my pack history that I got that pack....
