Please help Ivan is gone

First thing I would like to say is after yesterday’s maintenance the server’s were amazingly good. I have been working on collecting the live roster collection and I got a few done last night including the Tigers live series and collected Ivan Rodriguez. But when I got on this morning half the team was gone and so was Ivan. So I buy the players lost again but the real kicker is the collection still says it’s complete so I can’t get Ivan Rodriguez who is a key part in getting the 99 David Ortiz card witch is why I was collecting the teams in the first place. I understand things happen with glitches but there is no way to get this player Ivan Rodriguez and there is no way for me to get Ivan I don’t know what to do

Check after the server maintenance this morning if he's not in the inventory take pictures show the collection done and that Pudge does not show in inventory and email support

Leveling up Ivan makes him one of the best catchers in the game atm. Low cost solid move as we wait for new cards at the position.
