I've had enough...
-
This is my 1st ever post on this forum so I hope people hear me out but here it goes... Night One I lost most of my preorder stubs due to the cancel order glitch. Glad I got them back but how I could use them in the market had changed by then, the next day I mad the horrible mistake of linking my account... luckily I was able to unlink and have my progress restored. This week the server issues made the game unplayable at night and on top of that then was tonight... the king daddy topper. In pursuit of the Red Sox collection I made a buy order on all the Sox top players and then went into the 1st inning showdown. After a couple of missions I return to find my buy order of Sale to be completely gone. He is nowhere in my inventory, active orders or completed orders. AND GOING FOR LESS THEN MY ORDER... I also had Bogaerts and some other slivers say the order is complete however they are not in my inventory... I felling love with DD last year but this 1st week has just truly been an awful experience in terms of JUST TRUSTING THE GAME WILL WORK
-
Im sorry my friend. There is no excuse for the disastrous pile of garbage they released. The amount of lost stubs and time by players is class action suit worthy.
Ive been a defender of the game and SDS for years, but their silence is unforgivable.
Over a week into launch and you cant even feel sure your game will count or your cards will appear in your inventory. All people can do is keep telling their stories. Make sure to do it on other forums. So far this situation is being virtually ignored outside of the community.
Godspeed.
-
My i add that ive only played 10 ranked season games. YET my record is 24 to 18..
And what is the linking your account issue ?
I have my ps5 linked should i unlink it is that causing issues? -

It’s not funny. You might be ok with paying for something that doesn’t work, a lot of people aren’t.

New York-based Rosen Law Firm has filed a class-action lawsuit against Cyberpunk 2077's publisher CD Projekt S.A. due to its alleged violation of federal securities laws.
Announced in a press release, Rosen Law Firm is filing the class-action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of the securities of CD Projekt S.A. between January 16, 2020 and December 17, 2020, and is seeking to "recover damages for CD Projekt investors under the federal securities laws."The lawsuit claims that CD Projekt has "made false and/or misleading statements" and/or failed to disclose that "Cyberpunk 2077 was virtually unplayable on the current-generation Xbox or PlayStation systems due to an enormous number of bugs."

Just because you dont know something, you dont have to make yourself look foolish by pretending you do. A little humility goes a long way.

This game should have been listed as Early Access or beta IMO. We were lied to about what we were getting. Companies have to learn that they cannot charge people millions of dollars for a product that does not work as claimed. The only way to stop this from happening again and again is in civil court. I have given SDS hundreds of dollars for a product that I cannot use due to the condition it was delivered in. Playstation took Cyberpunk 2077 off of their website for these exact reasons. This game too should be removed from the Playstation Store until SDS can show they are capable of making their product work as advertised, and all purchasers should have the option of a return of their money spent for the game and all in-game transactions.

This is a little bit different, the class action group are the investors that put money into the company to develop the game, CD Projekt is being accused of investment/financial fraud, a much more serious offense than not making a game that’s playable. It’s apples and potatoes.

Right...because a case filed by gamers is really going to go somewhere..no need for humility

This is a suit for investors, not consumers.
In a case like this all SDS would have to do to avoid any sort of action is fix the issue and offer some form of good will gesture.
The gesture is not required but goes along way when a case is being reviewed for any potential case.
In the end if a class action suit is raise and Sony and SDS lose then their insurance would cover them and any looses but wouldn't change much as the servers would have been restored by that time.

What's really telling is that I pre-ordered the Jackie edition and I didn't have to install the game. I just launched it at 11 pm central on the 16th. That means the entire game is online, even the offline stuff. I have to be connected to the server to play. If I can't connect because the servers are always down, what's the point? When I bought 20, I had to download and install the game. This just seems so frigging whack.

Are the servers back?

The digital editions of the game pre-downloaded about a week before the game went live, so yes the game did download onto your system. If you go to your system storage, you will see the game is there at 60+gb

"Silence is unforgivable"? Intentional murder is unforgivable. This is an electronic game. SDS is not ignoring the issue, they are just not being transparent about it.
The poor connection issues have been tough, but there has been ample connectivity to get some things done. I like that people who control the market haven't been as interested in inflating the prices of cards.
Whenever SDS fixes the issue at least they have what feels like a good product.

I’m with ya. I pre ordered the standard editio. Because I was out of town launch weekend and did not get back until Tuesday night (thank goodness) and still didn’t even get the 10 show packs that were supposed to be included in my preorder. Zero response from SDS after multiple emails..(I am sure that have thousands still
To go through). Hopefully they will address this soon....and fix the game and servers at the same time
