Missing Perks & Stubs

Just wondering Has anyone had their perks & stub amount disappear? I bought some stubs, had about 24,000. Bought 2 perks, about 500 only. The next day, my perks are gone, the free ones are gone and I have 3000 in the bank. No-one logged in and spent it. I've sent several messages through support with no responses. So I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this. These aren't the free stubs for buying the $100.00 game, I purchased these.
