I just checked the standings leaderboard and under spring training where the cap for rating should be 199 each of the first 8 have a much higher rating than 199 with the highest being 694.
Not sure if this is a glitch or if someone hacked the leaderboards to get easier games but I thought I would mention it.

You're right. They would rather listen to self entitled brats complain about the game than fix an issue and ban a possible hacker
