Ok so this is not a glitch. This occurs when that base runner comes up to hit. For example, if I hit a triple with Trout but then make 8 outs in a row, Trout needs to get off of third base to hit.
Just pay attention and it shouldn’t come into affect that much
It is still a glitch.

12-11, bases loaded and hit a gap shot that should win it. First terrible base running AI makes all the runners not run, then as my runner rounds third he literally disappears and it ends 12-12 as the guy behind him gets thrown out.
SDS, seriously, go to hell. This is unacceptable. Make this right IMMEDIATELY. Stubs, xp, packs, and TA vouchers for the entire player base. You are screwing us over.
Had this happen to me yesterday - didnt notice till to late to clip - thought i had made a mistake and accidently sent the runner on a line drive but didnt show up in the game log at all.
Hopefully the dev's see this and take a look into it because it is definitely super annoying
