Why is this game trash? Hitting is infuriating. Exit velo's on good timing balls in the PCI are trash. Even on hanging breaking balls!

Exit velo's on good timing balls in the PCI are trash. Even on hanging breaking balls! anyone else think hitting still is garbage? and baserunners still react 10 mins after you decide to go forward or go back?

Hitting is great. Perfect timing and contact get you great exit velos. Base Running took a turn for the worse last year as they took a little more control away from us. They continued that a little more this year. It sucks, and I always want as much control over the result as I can get, but they arent allowing that on base running for some reason. Honestly I think it is to help the people who have problems controlling the runners. I am fine with assisting them, but give us guys who want more control, the option to use it. But the game overall is Great.

If your playing offline, it’s been questionable. I haven’t seen that problem in RS tho. There’s a difference every year with hitting/pitching offline & online.

100% not true. I am playing offline franchise mode and it is brutal.

Oh, I havent played Franchise. Just DD. Must be totally different then.

Hey, I play RDR2 as well. But it isnt baseball, so i have to play this to get my baseball fix.

ya that could be it. unfortunate because I was really excited for this yrs game and I am already about to be done with it. not interested in playing on a low difficulty so its boring and I win. just want hitting to be realistic and normal exit velos. instead every good timing in the PCI is a fly out to line out to mid OF. if not a single right in front of the OF never even a gapper for extra bases. oh well
