Server Stability 4/21/21 - UPDATE

50k xp, 25k stubs, 10 TA vouchers, and maybe 10 packs for everyone and maybe a 42 pack?
I think that is more than fair. I lost at least one showdown run and had to redo conquest games because of this. I paid 100 for the prerelease and bought 100 dollars in stubs so really this has been a horrific experience.

Been playing this for years and years, beta tester, etc. It is always the same when a new game launches, takes weeks to work it out. You would think by now they SDS would finally get this all worked out. Probably be more buggy with cross-play, come on SDS!!! get this resolved for god's sake.

Yes!!! Every year is the same, for about the first few weeks, I'm curious now that there is cross-play if it will be even longer.
How have they not learned to plan for it? Just rent extra servers with all the money you got from pre orders. You would literally have to like not have a memory to not plan for that as a business. Either that or they know the servers will be flooded on release, but don't want to pay extra after traffic dies down.
Trust me they know and donāt care. They have our money and in a few days they will be giving out XP and stubs and everyone will be happy. And they still have our money

Thank you for the update. This is truly an amazing game and I cannot wait for for the servers to be more reliable. In the meantime, everyone just chill out and give RTTS or MTO a shot.
RTTS isn't in a functional state either so... MTO or Franchise is all we got right now.

Throw any compensation our way? Some of us have lost a lot of progress due to this.Also, I donāt trust doing anything right now. I donāt want to spend 40 minutes on a game just for it to crash.

Servers are now back online. We will continue to monitor and work to improve stability.Am i the only one that is super unsatisfied with this response? Granted its better than nothing but how after all of these years does SDS continue to have issues with their servers. That's what I want to know. I want to know how SDS and the powers that be allow this to happen every single year and give the same canned responses as if they soo surprised that they have server issues. This isnt some indy game studio we are talking about here. This is sony, they should be much better than this.
