Server Stability 4/21/21 - UPDATE

For the love of Satan, fix the speed of buying and selling cards in the market place. Plus how are these content creators pumping out so many videos? Are they all on a special server where they can enjoy the game in peace and everyone else has to suffer?

Thank you for the update. This is truly an amazing game and I cannot wait for for the servers to be more reliable. In the meantime, everyone just chill out and give RTTS or MTO a shot.
I would recommend not doing MTO because if a server issue occurs while you’re playing it voids all of your reward gates

This happens every year. But THIS year we got the added bonus of launching a month later than usual, higher price tag, and the privilege to pay extra and get early access to the flaky servers.

Lol thankfully I had just finished a conquest game but it still pissed me off. Apparently the computer made it friendly quit haha

Well, the conquest game not recorded. This is getting ridiculous. We bought the game to play, and well we can play but at a huge cost to lose progression. I have said it so many times on here, COMMUNICATION. They need a way other than a message here to talk to us. I want 200 packs for this. They need to now pay us to play this game.

We fall for this every year. Servers bonkers. Lack of communication from SDS. They encourage us to buy the game prior to launch and give us an incentive to preorder. Then the servers go down again and again. Rinse, wash, repeat. I love the game after the first month. Prior to that it's frustrating as hell not being able to play when you have time to play. I have no clue why this continues to happen. Year after year after year. Welcome to the insanity XBoxers.

Well, it came back up. So I play a conquest game. And while playing the server must have dropped again because nothing I did was recorded. Not sure I will play another game tonight. When do we say enough is enough?

At this moment right now, I can't connect to the servers... just like last night... and the night before that. I already asked Support for a refund, but I don't have my hopes high about it. They basically told me to reset the console and check for updates. Because according to them, it's on my ignorance on how to own a PlayStation and play games, not on your inneptitude to offer players a working, finished product.
It's a disgrace that your customers (which you say are important and always heard) are treated like this. A company that makes huge amounts of cash has the same problem EVERY YEAR and nobody there saw coming that being available also on Xbox would take a toll on the servers. Imagine how you'd feel if it was the other way, if we all payed for your functioning game with money that doesn't work.
Hopefully, you'll get your act together and fix THIS problem. That way you'll be able to adress all the other ones: broken progression, dumb loadouts messing up equipment settings...
Also, having one player (and only one) for everything was a dumb idea. Boy, If you were honest enough to give refunds, I would love to get me some Super Mega Baseball 3.

Made no difference, since 4/20 I have lost track of the amount of in game stuff that has disappeared or grinding only to find out you lost connection with server while playing and lose your time spent

This is a complete disaster, wow. Honestly I want a refund, I spent 100 dollars on this game.

I have yet to be able to play online with friends or any ranked seasons or event games. I have no issues with other games online and have not received a response for submitting an error in 4 days.

Wait?!?! You actually have servers?!?!?! No kidding?!?!?!
Are they currently serving food? Cause that must be the ONLY thing being served, your player base sure isn't.

Wow. I think I've played the last seven years, and this is really bad. Game is completely unplayable right now. I'm too old for hot takes, and online ranting, but yeah, it's really bad, and disappointing.

Can’t even buy or sell players, I mean it’s completely broken right now.

Man I've been trying for 2 hours and haven't been able to get into diamond dynasty. And can't play mto because they keep getting de-authenticated or something. Been playing rtts and hopping out every so often to see if I can get in. No luck for 2 hours and counting.
