Nothing much that you can do besides contact support unfortunately

You can check you Online Dashboard thru the Website.. check your pack history, see if it's listed.. if not submit a ticket and wait

Click the Question mark at the top of the menu > choose correct game > scroll down and click report an issue. Fill out the form.
