Transfer saves between ps4 and ps5

Can you transfer your ps5 character to your ps4? I play the game on both systems but don’t want to make two separate characters. I haven’t been able to figure out how to bring my rtts characters from my ps5 to my ps4. I have done the cloud save and linked my account but it doesn’t show up on my ps4
