Any help with Deluxe edition PS5 entitlement code?

I know several people have had this issue, and I'm still trying to get my PS5 download done. All other perks from the code have worked, only the PS5 download is not there. I have seen all the other posts - I still have nothing. SDS has been absolutely useless, and the fact they have gone into hiding in their bunker is disgusting. Has anybody here found an avenue for a resolution?

Have you tried going on line to your games select ps5 and see if it shows up that way if it dose then select down load

I have the same issue, it definitely seems like they are ducking me. I’ve gotten the same generic answer for the past 5 days. Very frustrating. If I knew this was going to be an issue I would of just bought the PS5 version

I just got off the phone with Sony tech support and she said that there is an issue with that game and they are working on a fix. Sad that I had to try for 6 days to get an answer, and that I had to get it from them. SDS is garbage at giving us any info at all. She had no ETA on a fix, but did say she thought the game was really broken based on the amount of calls that she had been getting on it this week.

Im still having same problem. I contacted SDS via email and they only asked me if the issue was still there. No ETA, I dont even know if it will get fixed.

Well since we still had not received any guidance for our issue, I have until today according to my receipt at GameStop to get full refund return. I am taking my JR physical disk back in and switching to the PS5 disk. Likely the best option.
