I can't believe that the 21 version just dropped and I am already thinking about next years version but, here we are.

Below is a list of items that I think should be included in the game to make it improve more than just graphics and rosters.

    1. Create a Stadium... do it right next time. Maybe they will fix this soon but, right now, it is doo doo.
    2. Editable Coaches. I am sick of seeing some freak standing at first base with a giant goat beard and weird glasses. Make them able to edit. Also, some of the ratings of the coaches are random as F. Emphasis on the "F"
    3. If you are going to make a game mode that allows you to try to become a star from the minors up... make the story change from version to version. I hate having the same conversations with teammates and coaches year after year in RTTS. (Easy thing to do is to add endorsement deals to the mix. Make it an earnable achievement and, the better your player gets, the more deals come their way. A funny side task would be to shoot a commercial or play mini games for commercial images.)
    4. Stop focusing on Diamond Dynasty and ignoring the more popular franchise mode. I know you are a business that is trying to make more money but, if you REALLY want more money, you'd do more with Franchise mode and stop the DD money grab.
    5. Make a created player mode that actually gives more to the user. For years it was cool watching you guys make this feature more and more fluid. Flowing and dynamic hair, cool beards, awesome Homerun animations... but then you just stopped. How cool would it be to allow players to enter in their own image (head shot) for a baseball card for RTTS? Or allow people to enter pics and stats manually for prior seasons so that historic players could be created?

Maybe focus more on the game play itself and not the same old "how can we make them give us more money after they purchase the game?" Fire the puppets and use their salary to make some real, tangible upgrades to the game... and then you can sit back and watch the money come in.

I agree with your points but franchise isn't more popular than DD. RTTS is, at least it was the last time they told us the breakdown, but franchise is a very small percentage of players. It does need improvement though

I’m still astounded at the change to RTTS. I can’t imagine anyone wanted it tied to DD. People who play RTTS didn’t want it online. They probably preferred it offline, actually. And while I didn’t like CAPs in DD, I also didn’t mind them.

Just a colossally bad decision to tie them together.

This is a false statement, focusing on franchise more over DD would not make them more money.

Do you know FIFA has made EA over 6 BILLION dollars in microtransactions since 2015? That's all from their ultimate mode that is basically DD. If anything, if SDS wants to make "more" money, it shows they should invest even less time in anything other then their ultimate team mode.

Here is an article on how Ultimate team has made EA more money then selling the base game itself https://metro.co.uk/2019/07/25/ultimate-team-microtransactions-now-make-money-fifa-10461286/

I still think it is tied to DD for future COOP mode. Reason i say that is if you look at how the secondaries are set up, and let's say 10 people take the field and have to choose a slot where thier CAP fits and then ready up. I think implementing it now allows for people to get used to it's function and work out the bugs as we are witnessing right b4 our eyes.

I honestly think there is a method to the madness. I'ts just my theory though.
