Major Archetype Bug

I just opened the silver archetype pack for the sparkplug loadout, also a gold perk pack I got from the first inning program, and I go to my player and neither the silver archetypes or the 2 gold perks I chose are there.
They also are not in my unopened packs, and my archetype progress is max so I cannot unlock another silver archetype pack so I am stuck this overall forever.
Has anyone else had this happen to them before, or know what I should do or who to contact? I’ve submitted a request.

Restart the game. Archetypes should be there upon reload.
