Load In-Game Save

I have a franchise started and played a partial game last night. I saved the game in franchise mode, and left my XboxOne on. When I restarted my Xbox and the game today, I went in to franchise mode to find it started the game over. Ok, try to load my in-game save and it won’t populate on any load screen. I can find it if I want to delete it, but the game says there are no files to load. Where do I go to load my game?
