My entire account got wiped.

It was bad enough that my preorder content was still unavailable but when I logged in after work this morning my account was completely reset. All xp, stubs, cards and progress gone. I had purchased 150k stubs. My first year playing e game and they are messing up big time. They better make things right quickly.

From experience, this doesn’t always work. My items were never restored. Only some have had success.

It won't let me unlink. And I lost everything too. Seems some can unlink, others can't.

I think I linked my account? Not cross platform, just MLBTS and Xbox accounts. Everything seems fine? Is it because it's only linked on the website?
