Go to player programs, there are additional missions to get to 50 pts to get him.

Go to
Programs -> player programs -> Eric Davis

Then you can see a task list. The easiest thing to do at that point is beat the orioles (cpu) on all star difficulty, but there are other options to finish the program. If you just completed the missions, you'll be at 42/50 points to acquire him.

If you did all the moments all that is left is beat the Orioles on All Star in a play vs CPU game. A lot easier than his moments were.

at least you can beat his moments lol, I haven't played a baseball game since the n64 days lol. Unless you consider Mario Superstars a proper game.
