Ball player programs not tracking for any archetypes.

So I was play rtts and I noticed that I almost have the silver slugger archetype upgrade for my ball player. But I've played at least 10-15 games of getting hr and extra base hits and they aren't tracking and im stuck at 17/24 for at bats and 2/5 for extra base hits.
