2nd Disconnect Loss while in the lead. Not acceptable

I play online rated.
I’ve been in the lead twice now.
My game then freezes.
I wait and wait and wait and wait. Nothing.
I close app, go back to the leaderboards to see that it is counted as a disconnect and a loss.
I do not lose connection to the internet when this happens.
I do not lose connection to PlayStation when this happens.
I have good internet.
My point is, that it is the game.
In a game that has such detailed stat tracking in online rated this is VERY frustrating. I have video of the 2nd time it happened because I’m over this.
I would like the game at the very least removed from my record.
Where can I go/ who can I talk to to address this? As the game errors should not punish my record. Certainly not twice and I’m sure it’s going to continue to happen. -

Same issue was in the lead every time I wanna to switch pitcher IT takes me to my Xbox home screen no internet loss

And on dynasty mode I have no problems , maybe kuz online rated they dnt make money they aint paying attention !!!!!
