Have Ps5 but not getting stadium creator

I have recently gotten the collectors edition which has the ps4 in disk ps5 in digital i put the code into the ps5 but it never downloaded then learned i still need the disk to download after downloading i did not get my ps5 features such as stadium creator which is what i was looking forward to. is there any way i can get my ps5 features on the ps5
You still have the disc, right?
Disc in drive, with game selected, hit options and go down to Game version. Ensure PS5 is ticked. Then follow instructions in game outlined above (top right corner, create). You should see stadium creator. If not, you’ve started the PS4 version.

I tried but when I check the version it only showed the beta as ps5 version

That means you dont have the PS5 installed.

@ChuckCLC_PSN i have tried that but it only shows the beta for the ps5 version which does not work. When I put the code in for the ps5 version I got the packs from the Jackie Robinson collection but not the game.

@ChuckCLC_PSN do you know how to get my ps5 version installed because i have the ps5 and using it but can only get ps4 version

@Red_Ted_is_back what do you mean by disk in drive. Cause whenever i take my disk out it wont let me play is there certain directions i should take b4 i put the disk in besides putting in the code

Just making sure you have the disc in before attempting to install or play the PS5 version because you need it.
Beyond that I don’t know what to do as I bought digital.

yh i put the download code in then inserted the3 disk but only allows me to play ps4 -
I'm having the same issue - I have the Jackie Robinson deluxe edition. I entered the code to download everything. I got the free packs. Only have the PS4 version as an option.

Why is create a stadium not playable for online rated using regular MLB teams. Anyone from SDS got any answers? Thank you guys in advance.
