I think he shouldn't be banned for asking a legitimate question. Yes he keeps making the same thread, but wouldn't it be more efficient to just ask the question to the developers and then provide their feedback on this so we can all move on?

I see your point. I'm in the same boat with the 'no longer deceiving after game card choices after a Conquest game.

But I made one post and just kept bumping it.
