Where do I go to upload or download stadiums to/ from the vault?

I would like to use a created stadium in ranked seasons but it says that it was not uploaded to the vault so I can’t use it? I clicked on the. Auto and it seems it shows me players/rosters/ sliders / and logos. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
