"Invalid Stadium"

So I worked my [censored] off all day today making an exact (as possible) replica of Tiger stadium, with the field dimensions that it had and everything.
I was giddy with excitement as I went to play against the CPU in my new creation, only to be told that "Invalid Stadium. The selected stadium has features that are not allowed in competitive modes. Online play with this stadium cannot continue. Please select a different stadium."
You want me to select a different stadium because its invalid, even though it sat at the corner of Michigan and Trumbull for almost 100 years!? Are you kidding me?
What's more frustrating is that the game isn't telling me what is specifically wrong with the stadium, what isn't allowed, so I have no idea how to fix it and make it so I can play there. Is it because it's 440 feet at center field? What is it??
SDS? Please explain? Can someone help me?

I can’t really help, but I am curious about which game mode you were trying to use it in vs CPU.

Custom stadiums can’t be used in any DD vs CPU modes I don’t think.
I’m assuming it’s to counter boosting etc

Ticks me off. Since they didn't ever add Tiger Stadium to the classic stadiums, I resolved to make it myself, yet I can't even play in it with my DD team, which I plan to put all-time Tigers greats in?
They need to AT LEAST tell me what part of my stadium is in violation.

Elaborate please. Are you saying that I can only use their presets, or is there a limit to the dimensions that the fences can be?

The fact that it’s a custom stadium. The devs said in next-gen stream you can’t use a custom in those modes.
I think I’m right on this but happy to be proved wrong if I’m not.

Dimensions have to be presets, if you change anything on the wall, it’s invalid for online play

Changing the fence to ridiculous distances or hieghts is one thing, but raising your walls all the way around from 8 ft to 10 feet and moving center field back to 408 from 400 feet only to see it's invalid is absolutely ridiculous.

Here's the thing I don't understand about the stadium wall invalidity thing. Polo Grounds is a classic stadium with a distance of 483 feet at dead center field.
But we can't make our walls 440 feet at center?? I mean it's one thing to have walls that are only a foot high, cause that obviously wouldn't be allowed, but to have them at a reasonable height trying to replicate a historic ballpark....

I thought they said in the Stream for the Stadium Creator that you could change things within a certain limit for them to be playable online. It seems as soon as I touch the outfield wall at all it makes it invalid. That's too bad and I hope they change it, because I'm trying to create legit parks

You probably edited one of the presets. In online modes you can only use one of the presets the give you and if you change them then the stadium will be invalide on competitive game modes or dd but is useable in the other modes. If u want to play online then u have to use a preset. Maybe just make the stadium around a preset. It won’t be perfect but it could look like it.

No, I believe that said during their stream that you could not change anything about the walls except like the color.

I’m not sure if you found this out already, since this post is a month old, but the stadium preset named Double Decker is based on Tiger Stadium.
The field dimensions are the same as Tiger Stadium.
If you avoid touching the walls, you can edit it more closely to the real Tiger Stadium and use it in DD. -

You also need to upload it to the vault for it to be online elidgable.

I'm getting the same error message when I try to upload the stadium to the vault. I did change the stadium dimensions. I don't understand why they would restrict it from the vault. People should be able to use the stadium offline in franchise.
