Possible to change archetypes after starting RTTS?

At the start of my current RTTS, I chose the sparkplug archetype. Is it possible to change it to a power hitting archetype after starting or do I have to make a new ball player to do that?

At silver you get two options with Sparkplug (it’s what I chose as well). One will be a CF with more power and the other is a 2B with more Fielding. They progress to Diamond as either Spoke or Rawhide. I am working to get each (already maxed Spoke) as I want a true 2B so that is Rawhide since secondaries don’t field well.
