PLEASE SEPARATE DD & RTTS

The new RTTS in '21 is the worst thing ever. Tying everything with DD is terrible for people that only play RTTS. You've essentially made RTTS just a pay to win... FOR SINGLE PLAYER. Come on. This is terrible.

Agreed. But I don't think it is changing anytime soon. I hate to be that guy, really I do, but the only reason I can think of that they did this was because they had to find a way to bring in more revenue to subsidize the cost of putting everything on 2 Xbox consoles in addition to 2 PS consoles, especially with it being on Gamepass. I have nothing against Xbox players and do not wish them to lose the opportunity to play, but if you were not able to make the same quality game in the past then you should have either 1) delayed cross platform integration until you could, or if that was possible 2) just been honest and removed RTTS. Ironically, making it the way it was pre-archetype system would have incentivized spending from the community more because people were buying stubs to drastically improve their player back then and had to do it for each player. I do not get the design decision.
