Where to find the Cubs nameplate and icon

I'm looking for the little cartoon Cub nameplate and icon. Last year you could buy both in the market. Does anybody know how to unlock them? Do I have to lock in the Cubs? Thanks

I'm not 100% sure but I'm gonna assume that it's either by doing the Cubs collections or conquering the Cubs stronghold in the Willie Mays conquest map.
