Still waiting for SDS to answer why there’s no game video option
-
Why have an Audio/Video option and have it say Audio? Why can we only access the Audio part?
Why was the HDR Toggle switch removed? Along with Performance/Resolution.
.I mean i have the PS5 version with the best TV...LG OLED 4K HDR w/ top HDMI inputs, on game mode and all that good stuff
It Looks great, I would say i suppose i could see an improvement graphically, FPS is also supposedly better and maybe they just added all of it and made it one universal setting ..
I would just like to know what happened to it and possibly if what I just eloquently explained might be the reason why it’s not this year
Thank You -

Because the ps5 plays ps5 games in hdr natively . Where on the ps4 it did not. Now with the new ps5 update . You can turn off hdr. The ps5 Home Screen is 4K hdr. Where the ps4 and ps4 was 1080p non hdr.

Not true it was on my PS4 pro MLB 20 last year and it gave you those in game video options now it doesn’t and I’m assuming for both versions (Ps5/PS4) it’s the same

Your right what u said I’m just saying it did let u use HDR for last years game along with the options performance/Resolution/Balanced and HDR on/off

That is because MLB The Show 20 was a PS4 game that added features to support PS4 Pro. MLB The Show 21 was designed with PS5 in mind which plays at 4k60 and the HDR is handled by the player's choice in the system settings or if the player has HDR off the HDMI input the PS5 is plugged in to.

Ok makes sense..will they ever fix where you don’t have to play the same teams head to head? LoL
And can you see them possibly patching the sound off the bat in the future? -
